PropCycle runs on sovereign Australian infrastructure through our technical partner SCX.ai (Southern Cross AI). Property data and AI inference stay onshore — they don’t leave Australian shores.
How your data is handled – plainly:
At the AI layer.
Inference is isolated. Your prompts aren’t retained, and they’re never used to train SCX’s models or anyone else’s.
At the PropCycle layer.
We store your activity — including your Scout conversations — in our own Australian-based database. We use anonymised, de-identified data to keep improving the engine: its validation accuracy, its rules and governance, and the features we build next. We never use your personal information to do this, and we never share personal contact details. This improves how PropCycle works — it isn’t used to train an AI model.
Privacy by default.
Buyers and selling agents stay private to each other until you both choose to connect.
