Which areas does PropCycle cover?
PropCycle is Queensland-wide — every one of the 77 councils — with consistent deep planning coverage. If your projects are in NSW or VIC, join the waitlist and tell us your target areas: expansion order follows demand, and waitlisted clients are first in when we arrive.
Can I explore the platform before my first charge?
Yes. Create your account, set your Buyer Brief, receive matches, and talk to Scout — all before your first charge. You pay nothing until you Claim your first match.
What are partner plans?
Partners — finance brokers, town planners, architects and other advisers — pay $99/month from Partner Portal launch, one price for all partner types. White-labelling is available for $49/month on top: your own logo, your own colours, and a custom URL aligned to your brand. See the Partners page for details.
What do agent plans include?
Selling agents pay $49/month for unlimited listings with no per-listing fees. Agencies pay $89/month for the whole office — every active selling agent and your office staff, with no per-seat charge. In both cases you pay nothing until a buyer Claims one of your listings.

Yes. Every account is a monthly subscription with everything included — there are no per-action charges and nothing extra to add. You pay nothing until PropCycle has done something for you: buyers pay from their first Claimed match, selling agents and agencies from the first time a buyer Claims one of their listings. Cancel any time; your subscription runs to the end of the period you have paid for.
