Privacy Policy

1. What Information We Collect  

We collect the following personal information when you voluntarily provide it through the Site’s contact form:  

  • Name  
  • Email address  
  • Company name  
  • Role/position at the company  
  • Mobile phone number  

2. How We Collect the Information  

The information described in clause 1 is supplied directly by you when you complete a form on the Site.  

We also collect limited technical and usage information automatically when you visit the Site, using Google Analytics. This includes pages viewed, approximate location derived from a truncated IP address, device and browser type, the website that referred you, and how you interact with the Site, including when you submit a form. Google Analytics sets cookies on your device to distinguish between visits.  

This analytics information is not used to identify you personally, and we do not combine it with the contact details you provide through a form. You can prevent this collection by blocking cookies in your browser or by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

3. Purpose of Collection  

We use the collected contact details solely to:  

Provide you with information about future service offerings that we may or may not provide.  

4. Use and Disclosure  

Your information will not be used for any purpose other than the one set out in clause 3, unless you give us separate consent.  

We will not disclose your personal information to third parties, except: (a) where required or authorised by Australian law or a court/tribunal order (Australian Privacy Principle 6(b)); or (b) to Google, as our website analytics provider, which receives the automatically-collected technical and usage information described in clause 2.  

The analytics information described in clause 2 is processed by Google and may be stored on servers located outside Australia, including in the United States (Australian Privacy Principle 8).  

We do not otherwise disclose your personal information to overseas recipients; if this changes, we will update the policy accordingly.

5. Access, Correction and Complaints  

You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you and to seek correction of any inaccurate information (Australian Privacy Principle 2).  

If you wish to make a complaint about a breach of this privacy policy, you may contact us using the details in clause 8. We will deal with any complaint in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles.  

6. Direct Marketing  

The contact details you provide will be used for direct marketing of our future services.  

Under the Privacy (Market and Social Research) Code 2021, you may request that we not use or disclose your information for direct marketing (see Document 2, clause 7.6). To do so, contact us using the details in clause 8. We will not charge you for processing such a request and will act within a reasonable period.  

7. Retention  

We retain your personal information only for as long as it is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected (i.e., to inform you of future service offerings) or as required by law.

9. Availability of the Policy  

This Privacy Policy is provided free of charge and is available in a format that is easy to read on the Site. If you request a copy in another format, we will take reasonable steps to provide it (Document 3, clause 5).

10. Updates to the Privacy Policy  

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in law or our practices. Any changes will be posted on the Site and will take effect on the date shown at the top of the policy. Continued use of the Site after a change indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.
