Create a seller account, add properties to PropCycle and they will immediately become available to match with existing and future buyer briefs.

Can I use PropCycle as a buyer’s agent managing multiple clients?

How are properties matched to my Brief?

The Matching Engine scores every property against your brief across five weighted pillars: zoning fit, constraint fit, site size, approval complexity, and commercial fit. Scoring runs against Australia’s six-layer planning hierarchy – from national legislation down to site-specific controls – so every match is grounded in the actual planning rules that apply to that parcel.

What happens if there are a lot of gaps between the listing and my brief?

Insight highlights every misalignment and generates suggested questions for the seller. You can send those and include any other questions you may have directly through Request.

How does buyer privacy work?

Sellers can never see buyer details through PropCycle. Once a match is claimed, the buyer can see the seller’s contact details. The seller only learns who you are if you choose to contact them directly using those details. This keeps the process clean and pressure-free so you can get answers without tipping your hand.

How is PropCycle different from REA or Domain?

PropCycle is not a listing site. It’s an intelligence layer that matches your criteria to off-market and on-market opportunities, runs brief-vs-listing comparisons, and manages secure, anonymous Q&A. You define the brief; Scout does the searching.
