Which areas does PropCycle cover?

PropCycle is Queensland-wide — every one of the 77 councils — with consistent deep planning coverage. If your projects are in NSW or VIC, join the waitlist and tell us your target areas: expansion order follows demand, and waitlisted clients are first in when we arrive.

I manage properties for sale – how can I benefit from PropCycle?

Create a Selling Agent account, add properties to PropCycle and they will immediately become available to match with existing and future buyer briefs.

How are properties matched to my Brief?

The Matching Engine scores every property against your Brief using government-verified property data and the planning rules that actually apply — national, state and council level — so every match is grounded in the real planning position of that parcel. Each match carries a Match Score showing how strongly the property aligns with what you set out to build.

What happens if there are a lot of gaps between the listing and my brief?

Insight highlights every misalignment and generates suggested questions for the Selling Agent. You can send those and include any other questions you may have directly through Request.

How does buyer privacy work?

Selling Agents can never see buyer details through PropCycle. Once a match is claimed, the buyer can see the Selling Agent’s contact details. The Selling Agent only learns who you are if you choose to contact them directly using those details. This keeps the process clean and pressure-free so you can get answers without tipping your hand.

How is PropCycle different from REA or Domain?

PropCycle is not a listing site. It’s an intelligence layer that matches your criteria to off-market and on-market opportunities, runs brief-vs-listing comparisons, and manages secure, anonymous Q&A. You define the brief; Scout does the searching.
