Can I explore the platform before my first charge?

Yes. Create your account, set up Buyer Briefs, add listings, and chat with Scout – all before your first charge. Under the First Month Free offer, you are not charged until you claim your first match. 

What are partner plans?

Partner plans let finance brokers, town planners, architects, and other industry professionals offer PropCycle to their clients under their own brand. Each plan includes a set number of buyer seats with credits included, plus white-label branding and a client management dashboard. See the Partners page for full details. 

What do agent plans include?

Agent Standard covers listing management. Agent Pro adds complimentary Claim and Requests – PropCycle absorbs buyer credit costs on your listings so buyers can claim and raise Requests at no cost to them. Agency Pro includes sponsored Agent Pro seats for your team. See the pricing table for current rates. 

What if I run low on credits?

Unused credits roll forward for 6 months from issue. You can top up anytime with credit bundles, or enable Auto Top-Up to avoid deal interruption. Top-up bundle options and prices are shown in the pricing table above. 

What is the First Month Free offer?

Applies to Buyer Standard and Buyer Pro plans at launch. Your first subscription charge fires when you claim your first match – not at sign-up. If you don’t claim within 30 days of activating your account, standard billing resumes from your next billing cycle. 

Is there a monthly subscription?

Yes. All plans are monthly subscriptions. Buyer plans include a credit allocation each month for claiming matches and raising Requests. Agent plans cover listing management. Partner plans include buyer seats with credits included. See the pricing table above for current plan details.
